Who I am
My name is Lola Antifora, and I discovered the beautiful passion of crochet in 2003. From December 2010 to April 2016, I dedicated myself to creating and directly selling my crochet work in the coastal area of Mar del Plata and other neighborhoods.
It was a wonderful experience that allowed me to connect with hundreds of people, mostly tourists. They would leave happily with a blouse from the designs I sold during that time.
I would crochet in the afternoon and evening, then go out to sell each morning, setting everything up on the rack I built for my bicycle. Being in touch with nature during the best time of the year, I would wear one of my designs, and it often became the best seller.
I have always enjoyed applying positive sales techniques and creating crochet pieces with the best materials to provide excellent service. I also sold some items in local stores and online.
In 2014, I taught crochet classes. Then in 2011, I learned the technique of Irish crochet and worked in IT and administration while continuing to crochet for myself.
Currently, I am creating this online store and starting new crochet projects. My first website was lolacrochet.jimdofree.com.
